This course open to Master 2 students (DCP and DUE) is divided into 4 seminars and will be taught in English (it will be taught by prof. Bousta and will take place after Mrs Schaff´s seminars).

It provides an analysis of current issues related to Human rights from an international and comparative perspective. Without claiming to be exhaustive, it aims at describing how certain rights and fundamental freedoms provided for at international level are implemented in selected legal orders. It underlines not only the differences, but also the similarities that allow the concepts and rights at stake to be consistent and effective in all countries.
