The subject of this year will be populism, as the rise of populist movements is one of the main challenges facing contemporary democracies. What is populism, what were its first historical manifestations, in what forms does it present itself today in the different areas of the world, especially in Europe and on the American continent, which issues does it raise? These are some of the questions that will be addressed in a synthetic way through the 14 sessions of the course spread over seven weeks.
